Corn Maze!

Yesterday after my fiancé got off work we decided to take our siblings to a local corn maze. It has become somewhat a tradition to go to a corn maze every year, I just love the feeling it brings when I go. Feels festive & fall, the best combination!

I love the Buford Corn Maze because it has everything from the corn maze, hayride, & comfort food. & also it's not to far from where I live :)

We went in the corn maze first & they give you a paper so you can get to all the check points & figure out the secret phrase at the end. Although we got lost we did find all of them & got out lol.

Then we rode the hayride & ate snacks while they took us around the property which was really nice especially during sunset. After that we picked out pumpkins & ate frito pies (the best ever). What is a frito pie? simply a bowl with fritos covered in chili & it is delicious! & this is the only place where I can find it.

It was such a fun night, I really never want fall to end lol!

Date Night Before Trip To Alabama

I had a trip last weekend to Birmingham, Al for a hair show but before I left my fiancé took me out for a little coffee date. It's cute when he does things like this for me when really I could just be sitting in a car or at home with him & for me that's enough (I know I know cheesy right lol, but it's the truth).

Before we left we took some ottd photos & they came out great! He is getting really good behind the camera :) One thing about my style is I love love basics! You can dress them down or dress them up. & in the process you save a lot of money because the amount of ways you can wear them are endless!

After that we headed to a local coffee shop until it was time for me to leave him :(

Mule Camp

Every year on a October weekend my town has a festival for 3 days, from Fri-Sun. It really is the cutest little festival ever & has grown within the years now it has over 100 vendors & lots of yummy food! I decided after work on a Friday to take my little sister in law out to it & just asked my fiancé to meet us after for pizza at a great spot also in downtown. It was just as I remembered growing up the smell of fried food & wanting to buy everything from every vendor there lol.

We decided to walk around & snack on fried Oreos (the best fried anything ever lol)!!! My finance soon met us to have pizza, & although packed with people it was great!

Fall Days

Before bed as I catch up with email, I always light candles in the fall.

One of my favorite is bath & body work's candle in Pumpkin Cupcake, mmmm love it!!

Monday was a nice day out with weather getting cooler in the afternoon (works for me lol), I went to watch my fiancé coach soccer for his team of 4 year olds (cutest thing ever) & just hung out with my little sister in law which is always the best since we have the best conversations & endless laughter. Seriously the little sister I never had!!

After that we decided to pick up some caramel apples & have a movie night.

Btw: those are my favorite types of nights, movies, yummy food, & great company!

Transition to Fall

Fall is just around the corner & I couldn't be more excited!

Today was a work day for me in preparing sashes for the chairs for an upcoming event we have at our venue but after that I just went out for coffee with my favorite man.

Today we decided to give a shot at taking ootd pictures & my man actually did it pretty great job for not being a picture kinda guy lol.

To me this is a great transition outfit for the fall. I kept it loose & airy up top & just wore my knee high boots (which I have been itching to bring out the closet lol) with some fitted jeans to give it that fall feeling (well at least for me lol) ;).
I can't wait for more chilly weather to bring out the big sweaters & scarfs, so I hope Georgia decides soon that it's fall lol.

Fall | Wedding Planning

Fall is officially here, although here in Georgia it still feels like summer at times lol but it's okay it'll get here soon. Fall is definitely my favorite season because of the colder weather, pumpkin spice lattes, candles, sweaters & everything just seems cozy.

Who else is in love with fall!?

Well Monday was a nice day out it was nice & cool, I was really excited about that. Like any typical Monday for me was full of errands, we went grocery shopping, payed some bills, & went to look for new dress shoes for the fiancé since bankers always need to wear nice shoes & his were to a point of ripping from all the wear lol.

After that we decide to hang out at Starbucks & of course I had to have a pumpkin spice latte (Mmmm). While we where there we finally started wedding planning which I am so excited about! But it quickly turned into an "oh man" lol. Let's just say we know a lot of people lol, but we are figuring it out ;)

I printed a timeline\ planner from pinterest & it's been a dream with staying organize. It gives you a timeline on how to do things & when to do them. I'll put a link down below if you're interested :)
