Maternity Session

I knew from almost the beginning the style I wanted when it came to capturing my pregnancy in the last few months. For one I wanted to keep it very simple & another I wanted it to have just a touch of bohemian & by that I mean outdoors with tall grass & the sun glaring down just a little. It was a vision that our awesome friend & photographer captured perfectly! When our session was done I worried that maybe we didn't get enough pictures but once he handed them to me I was so surprised because picture after picture they were all exactly what I was looking for! It's hard to find that in someone, to have them take not that many photos but every photo they take come out just how you envisioned! It's so funny I just chose that word because it's what his title is on social media but it's exactly what he represents! Thank you so much Adrian for taking time out to do this for us, I couldn't be happier!
Here I leave you with his links & some of the amazing photos from that day!

Babymoon Day 3&4 | The Shores of Alabama

Day 3 & 4 were definitely more relaxed!
We spent the day time at our wonderful hotel, which had amazing free breakfast & great pool area!
& by the afternoon we would go out to eat & just go to different shops in the area.
It was the relaxing getaway I wanted just before our little girl is here! & I have only my husband to thank for that because he really did his research lol! (THANKS BABY!)

So crazy to think that next time we vacation we will have our little girl with us! Of course the first few months will be spent home with her & just adapting to being first time parents. But maybe when she is 6 months or older she'll be ready for a little family getaway (preferably the caribbean lol) but we will have to wait to see how well she would do. Until then we be happily at home loving on our little girl! We are so excited!

Anyways, totally went off topic lol but here are some last few pictures from our getaway!
Enjoy!

Such a nice & relaxing vacation!
Next time we'll have our baby girl traveling with us & blogs will start getting a whole lot more interesting lol.

Hope you enjoyed!

Babymoon Day 1&2 | Exploring 30a

My husband really outdid himself this time! I really liked the idea of a small getaway before our little girl got here but with work, the zika virus being in a lot of the caribbean & it being cold, it all made it difficult to vacation anywhere on our timeline. Then my husband found the cutest hotel at Orange Beach, Alabama. At first I wasn't to into the idea but he really sold me on it because he said it would be warmer then Georgia & that's all I needed lol. Later on we found out he could get more days off of work so we decided to book an inexpensive place in Panama City for the first two nights & explore some new places on what's called the 30a which is a scenic highway that is 28 miles long & is along the Gulf of Mexico coastline in Northwest Florida's Walton County. Along this highway are a few popular towns like the ones we visited, which were, Rosemary Beach, Aly's Beach & Seaside. They were definitely the cutest little towns I ever did see!
Now things to do! These places are definitely more to just relax & eat, so there isn't much but for families especially with little ones what more do you want lol. Now we came in a season where it is still chilly out in the morning & the water is still cold but in the summer I can only imagine how nice it is to be there with family or friends. You can spend the day at the beach relaxing & then pop in to one of their great eateries or dessert spots throughout the day. If your looking for amazing beaches, great eats & a relaxing atmosphere then this place is for you! By far my favorite was Seaside just because it seemed a lot more developed then the other towns & the food we ate their was the best from this trip so far. Also they have some of the cutest shops!
I will list the name of places underneath each photo for reference, just in case your paying a visit to these towns & want to visit!

Holidays in NYC! | Part3 {last}

Day 6

This was our last full day in New York so we decided to hop back on the Long Island Railroad & go explore the city one last time because Saturday we were going to spend it visiting family.
I really can't get enough of the holidays here, that's why is probably my favorite time to visit! You just feel the holiday spirit everywhere you go! Like literally you smell chestnuts roasting on a open fire lol it's a food truck on the side of the street but hey still counts right?!
If I could recommend a time to visit it would definitely be from after Thanksgiving to Christmas time! But not to close to Christmas either because of the crowds.

On our last day I wanted to keep it pretty simple & just visit some department stores, take a walk in central park & go back to Serendipity ( favorite dessert shop ever).  Just because I am pregnant & I get tired pretty quick but we managed to do all that & a little more. It was a cold day for sure, coldest day spent there but we spent most of our time indoors from place to place & made sure we bundled up when we would head back outside. Overall it was such a great last day spent & I can't wait to return with our little girl!
